Job Specifications

We're seeking an experienced End Point Administrator to join our team on behalf of a european organization.

Roles and Duties:

Maintain and support the organization endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets)

during their full lifecycle.

Create and maintain enterprise operating system reference image.
Maintain and manage security and software updates of endpoints
Investigate, diagnose and solve endpoints related problems.
Contribute to define endpoint policies, propose improvements.

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a similar position
Proven experience in endpoint administration or desktop infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of endpoint hardware and peripheral installation and troubleshooting
Experience with application packaging and operating system imaging
Strong knowledge of scripting and automation techniques
Strong knowledge of PowerShell
Strong knowledge of Python, Perl, Ansible, or Terraform
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve endpoint-related issues
Excellent command of English

Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications, along with ITIL certification:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
Microsoft Administering and Deploying System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or equivalent
VMware Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) or equivalent
Cisco Certified Technician – Collaboration
McAfee Certified Product Specialist – ePO Certification
