**Job Title:** Marketing Executive
**Role Summary:**
Drive growth of direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce revenue across UK and US markets by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Own conversion and sales performance, analyze data to inform strategy, and ensure consistent, audience‑specific messaging across all digital touchpoints.
**Expectations:**
- Achieve assigned revenue, conversion rate, and other ecommerce KPI targets.
- Manage paid media budgets efficiently while delivering strong ROI.
- Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain brand consistency and market‑specific relevance in all communications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own online sales growth; accountable for revenue, conversion, and core ecommerce KPIs.
- Analyze website and customer behavior data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Plan, launch, and evaluate ecommerce‑focused campaigns (promotions, product launches, seasonal).
- Repurpose existing blogs, graphics, and video into B2C marketing assets.
- Manage email marketing programs: campaign creation, automation workflows, landing pages, and on‑site updates.
- Create, launch, and continually optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms (Meta, X/Twitter).
- Tailor messaging and creative for UK and US audiences, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, customer service) to align messaging with customer needs.
- Ensure consistency across all digital channels and customer touchpoints.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in digital/e‑commerce marketing with measurable impact on sales or conversion.
- Strong command of paid media management (Google Ads, Meta, X/Twitter) and budget oversight.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo or similar) and ability to translate data into actions.
- Experience with email/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp or equivalents) and marketing automation.
- Comfortable using CMS (WordPress) for landing pages and site updates.
- Excellent written communication; ability to adapt tone and creative for different markets.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Data‑driven mindset with commercial ownership.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound) are advantageous but not mandatory.
