**Job Title**: HealthCare Sales Force System Administrator & Analyst
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end administration, maintenance, and support of the healthcare sales force platform. Lead system updates, integrations, data governance, and user support, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve automation, reporting, and overall system effectiveness.
**Expectations**
- Contract position, 12 months.
- Act as the primary local champion for the sales force platform.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and high‑performance operation of web and iPad–based applications.
- Maintain data integrity, develop and enforce data policies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **System Administration**
- Oversee daily administration of the sales force platform.
- Lead policy, procedure, and rule development for data governance.
- Plan, test, and execute platform updates/upgrades; coordinate change requests.
2. **Salesforce Effectiveness Support**
- Support development of Call Planning Master Plan and related tools.
3. **System Integrations**
- Design, implement, and manage integrations with external platforms, ensuring seamless workflows.
4. **Support & Maintenance**
- Troubleshoot issues, implement solutions to improve reliability.
- Serve as primary contact for healthcare sales representatives’ system support.
5. **Automation & Coordination**
- Partner with insights & analytics to drive automation initiatives.
6. **Reporting & Analytics**
- Produce monthly/weekly business call plans and KPI scorecards; support quarterly/annual reports.
7. **Community & Hospital Platforms**
- Lead integration for hospital and community support systems when required.
8. **Onboarding**
- Conduct system onboarding for new employees; ensure data integrity in call recording.
9. **Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Build and maintain relationships with sales managers, field reps, marketing, finance, quality, and operations teams across markets.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of sales or application support experience.
- Proven system administration in a LifeScience environment (salesforce, Veeva, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of platform functionalities, updates, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and data governance.
- Ability to document processes, develop work instructions, and manage change requests.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Professional certifications: Salesforce Administrator (or Advanced Administrator), Veeva Administrator, or analogous credentials preferred.
