About The Role

We're searching for a Senior Analyst with a flair for financial detail and a knack for nifty number-crunching. At Reckitt, you are more than just a financial analyst – you're a trusted navigator in the vast sea of numbers, guiding our business with precision through financial analysis and data scrutiny. This is a Temporary Contractor role with an initial 12‑month term and potential extension up to 24 months based on performance.

Your responsibilities

Assist in month end closing for trade, deductions, marketing spend, inventory, payroll and other balance sheet items, including journal entry analysis and posting
Prepare various Lookback Analysis in line with our control requirements, as well as control remediations
Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
Support in Planning & Forecasting process, as required
Support and prepare intercompany transactions
Develop detailed variance analysis for monthly balance sheet reviews
Support on VAT, internal and external audits, and tax/statutory filings
Support ad-hoc projects and controllership activities

The experience we're looking for

Professional Finance certifications, such as CA/CPA/CMA/MBA
2-3 years of post-qualification work experience
Highly Preferred – full cycle month-end close experience in CPG industry.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

Good commercial acumen and business understanding, strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, solid functional expertise with holistic Balance Sheet and P&L understanding, effective communication skills, detail orientation with the ability to see the bigger picture, results-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful team player at ease in dynamic and collaborative environments, and highly developed interpersonal skills.
