**Job Title:** Product Owner **Role Summary:** Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of product features. Ensure that solutions align with business needs, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards within a SAFe framework. **Expectations:** - Drive feature definition, testing, and demonstration across SAFe ceremonies. - Manage the product backlog, prioritize work for PI Planning, and coordinate capacity. - Facilitate PI Planning and other sync meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write detailed feature specifications based on Functional Architecture documents. - Validate implemented features through testing and acceptances. - Demo features during SAFe ceremonies (e.g., Demo, Inspect & Adapt). - Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clarity and readiness. - Assist in capacity planning and validate feasibility during capability discussions. - Prioritize features for PI Planning and lead the PI Planning session. - Track feature progress, identify delays, and Escalate issues promptly. - Participate in recurring meetings (PO Sync, D-Stum, etc.) for status updates and alignment. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Solid understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with 3DX or EVOKA/Enovia/Delmia systems. - Strong listening, organizational, and negotiation abilities. - Decisive, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant Agile/SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is preferred.
