**Job title**
IT Infrastructure & Managed Services Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the management, evolution, and quality assurance of complex IT infrastructure and outsourced services. Coordinate technical, contractual, and security aspects across multiple stakeholders to maintain high availability and compliance.
**Expectations**
- Proven track record in IT infrastructure and managed‑services management.
- Strong contractual and vendor‑management skills.
- Expertise in systems, networking, security, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Ability to drive cross‑functional projects and handle high‑impact incidents.
- Good English (≥ B1).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee managed‑service contracts: define roles, monitor consumption, enforce SLAs, and document decisions.
- Monitor and report service quality metrics; analyze gaps; lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Drive IT evolution projects (network, servers, storage, virtualization, backups, application platforms).
- Produce architecture dossiers, impact analyses, migration plans, and risk management.
- Manage service & maintenance contracts, negotiate terms, and optimize costs.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance: follow policies, monitor incidents, coordinate patches, MFA, access controls.
- Maintain and audit software licence inventory; recommend optimisations and future needs.
- Lead major incident response: coordinate stakeholders, manage communication, and resolve crises.
**Required Skills**
- Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365
- Virtualisation & containers: VMware, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher
- Networking & security: Cisco, Fortinet (Firewalls, VPNs)
- Project & contract management, SLA analysis
- Incident & crisis management
- Vendor and stakeholder communication
- Documentation: architecture, impact assessments, migration plans
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications desirable: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent security credentials.
