Job Title: Marketing Manager, Medical Nutrition
Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of 18‑month and 3‑year strategic marketing plans for a medical oral nutrition supplement (ONS) platform, integrating consumer, patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional (HCP) insights to drive brand growth, market share, and margin improvement.
Expectations: Deliver actionable multi‑channel marketing strategies that align with commercial, medical affairs, and innovation teams; demonstrate measurable impact on brand health, sales performance, and reimbursement success; drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define target consumer, HCP, and caregiver profiles; extract key insights and value propositions for the ONS platform.
- Build and maintain 18‑month and 3‑year business plans in partnership with sales and medical affairs.
- Lead cross‑functional execution of integrated marketing campaigns across direct‑to‑consumer, direct‑to‑HCP, and sales force channels.
- Develop brand price and promotion strategies for institutional, community, and DTC segments, ensuring alignment with reimbursement environments.
- Craft compelling communication assets and media strategies, including digital, print, and experiential elements.
- Collaborate with Innovation & Renovation to validate 5‑year technical, financial, and consumer‑centric plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as market share, margin contribution, and brand health metrics.
- Coach and mentor cross‑functional team members, ensuring clear expectations and feedback loops.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years progressive marketing experience in consumer packaged goods, pharma, OTC/consumer health, or healthcare, with a science background preferred.
- Strong command of marketing fundamentals (4 P’s, brand planning, budgeting).
- Experience managing high‑priority, complex, strategic initiatives across multiple brands and audiences.
- Proven ability to translate market and financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Expertise in multi‑channel, multi‑audience marketing communications (consumer and HCP).
- Excellent cross‑functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, nutrition, or a related scientific field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Marketing Professional, CPM) are an advantage.
