Job Description
**Job title**: Onsite EUC Support Engineer **Role summary** Provide technical support for end‑user computing (desktop, laptop, mobile) at a corporate site. Resolve incidents, problems and change‑management requests (IMAC) through ServiceNow, deliver software and hardware deployment via SCCM/Intune, manage peripherals and peripheral networking, and support virtual desktop and AV infrastructure. Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain SLA adherence. **Expectations** - Resolve tickets within SLA timelines. - Maintain accurate inventory and asset records. - Communicate clearly with end‑users, vendors, and internal teams. - Conduct timely IMAC, OS migrations and upgrades. **Key responsibilities** - Troubleshoot Windows 7/10, macOS, iOS, Android and peripheral issues (printers, copiers, MTR). - Deploy and update OS and applications using SCCM, Microsoft Intune Autopilot and Citrix/Xendesktop. - Manage and secure endpoints with McAfee, Cortex XDR, MFA and Microsoft Office 365. - Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) for video conferencing. - Coordinate vendor hardware procurement and replacement. - Handle incident, service‑request and asset‑management tickets via ServiceNow. - Generate and follow up on incident reports, change requests, and root‑cause analyses. - Perform end‑to‑end IMAC, packaging, un‑packaging and asset hand‑over while updating inventory database. - Provide 2BAF and VDI support to internal business partners. - Escalate unresolved issues to vendors or higher‑level support following defined escalation paths. - Work independently and collaborate with Server, Networking and Security teams. **Required skills** - Proven proficiency with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/7, and VDI solutions (Citrix, Azure Cloud PC). - Experience with laptop/mobile device deployment, configuration and troubleshooting (iPhone, iPad, Android). - Basic LAN/WAN connectivity, network cable patching, and peripheral management. - Strong client‑management and communication abilities. - Familiarity with ITIL concepts and IT service management best practices. - Excellent troubleshooting, incident‑management, and escalation techniques. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. **Required education & certifications** - Minimum 1–2 years of IT support experience or equivalent. - Windows Server/Client certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred. - ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals or equivalent. - Basic networking certification (e.g., CompTIA Network+) is a plus.
