**Job Title:** Application Production Support Analyst (PeopleSoft) **Role Summary:** Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for PeopleSoft HR applications within a banking environment. Ensure continuous operation of PeopleSoft production and pre‑production environments, monitor alerts, resolve incidents, manage change requests, and produce operational reports.
