Job Description: **Job Title:** AI Transformation Lead **Role Summary:** Lead the acceleration of AI‑driven productivity within a fintech environment by deploying off‑the‑shelf LLM solutions, building and scaling domain‑specific agents, and championing adoption across product and operational teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable reduction of low‑value tasks by 30‑50% within 12 months. - Secure end‑to‑end data protection and API guardrails for all AI integrations. - Foster a culture of continuous AI improvement through feedback loops and cross‑functional training. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Deploy and tune generative‑AI solutions (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Delos) to enhance operational efficiency. 2. Design, build, and grow agents using Agentforce and Salesforce integrations, ensuring scalability and performance. 3. Partner with product managers to prioritize AI initiatives, balancing expert‑mode and generic‑mode LLM deployments. 4. Develop guardrails, data‑privacy controls, and cost‑optimization strategies for LLMOps. 5. Create and maintain LLM‑as‑a‑judge pipelines for quality assessment. 6. Lead internal champions and coach teams on best practices, UX considerations, and change‑management. 7. Monitor success metrics, extract insights, and iterate on agent capabilities. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of AI Engineering experience with digital‑transformation focus. - Expertise in prompt engineering and LLMOps (cost, latency, carbon footprint). - Proficient in RLHF, fine‑tuning, RAG, and LLM‑as‑a‑judge implementation. - Experience building feedback loops for continuous improvement. - Strong API security and guardrail design for sensitive data. - Familiarity with Salesforce / Agentforce platforms (advantage). - Excellent change‑management, user‑experience sensibility, and training abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent AI specialization. - Certifications in AI/ML platform use or LLMOps are highly desirable.
