**Job Title:** Client IT Advisor **Role Summary:** Provide technical pre‑sales and post‑sales IT support to member clients across multiple office sites. Serve as a client liaison, translating technical requirements into viable solutions and coordinating installations, fit‑outs, and ongoing service delivery. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, timely IT and AV solutions to new and existing clients. - Act as escalation point for technical issues and drive effective resolution. - Maintain a detailed understanding of each location’s infrastructure and service capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult clients on technical solutions, including pricing, using the client IT playbook. - Respond to pre‑sales technical inquiries, support sales activities, and attend site viewings. - Manage post‑sale client queries in collaboration with Operations and Sales teams. - Quote and coordinate AV fit‑outs with alterations teams and external contractors. - Translate technical details for non‑technical stakeholders and manage communications. - Identify and report opportunities for product improvement and business growth to IT Infrastructure and Sales teams. - Project‑manage external suppliers for large/customised client requirements. - Create and update user guides and a technical knowledge base for internal and external use. - Coordinate installations for portfolio and small‑enterprise clients, including wayleave and network setup. - Provide regular status reports on presales and project activities to internal stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - 2‑3 years of technical account management or pre‑sales experience. - Experience coordinating cross‑disciplinary project teams. - Solid understanding of IT networking fundamentals and audio‑visual systems. - Strong customer‑service orientation, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication. - Ability to handle difficult conversations and act as an escalation point. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) preferred but not mandatory.

Lead the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to deal closure and operational handover, collaborating with portfolio, sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximise occupancy, revenue, and rate performance. Expectations: - Meet or exceed square‑footage and revenue targets for the workspace portfolio. - Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into closed deals. - Represent the brand at industry events, strengthening market visibility and broker relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in partnership with the Head of Portfolio Sales. - Manage end‑to‑end client journey: market rate planning, viewings, negotiations, contract finalisation, and handover to building operations. - Collaborate with the Central Sales team to drive lead flow and support broader business development initiatives. - Build and nurture relationships with key broker partners, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform tactical decisions. - Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market conditions to senior leadership. - Work closely with building teams to optimally configure office spaces, reducing vacancies and enhancing marketing appeal. - Coordinate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Building teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational excellence. - Represent the organisation at networking events, industry functions, and broker engagements. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or workspace leasing. - Strong negotiation and contract‑management capabilities. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. - Strategic thinker with robust objection‑handling skills. - Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities. - Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and related sales tools. - Understanding of broker/agent supplier relationships.
