ERP Project Manager
Job Description
**Job Title** ERP Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead a multi‑phase ERP implementation programme, taking full ownership of delivery from build to go‑live. Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, risk, budget and resource planning while driving user adoption, change management and operational readiness. **Expectations** - Deliver the programme within scope, time and budget, achieving scheduled go‑live dates (Q4 2026 and H1 2027). - Maintain clear, proactive communication with senior leadership, internal teams and external partners. - Demonstrate accountability, resilience, and the ability to take over a project mid‑flight and steer it to success. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and shepherd the ERP project from current stage to completion. - Review, validate and maintain core project artefacts (PID, SDD, RAID log, plans). - Establish and enforce robust governance, cadence and reporting frameworks. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service and other functional units. - Manage risk, issues and change, focusing on testing, data migration and cutover. - Ensure day‑one operational readiness and support user adoption, training and change programmes. - Track budgets, timelines and resources, reporting status and corrective actions to senior stakeholders. - Build and sustain relationships with third‑party vendors, implementation partners and internal partners. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 end‑to‑end ERP implementations led; experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or supply‑chain environments. - Strong project management methodology knowledge (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall). - Ability to manage complex, multi‑phase programmes and live business environments with competing priorities. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Hands‑on risk, issue and delivery mindset; ability to assess project health and drive corrective action quickly. - Experience managing third‑party vendors and implementation partners. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. - PRINCE2 Practitioner / Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).

Job Description
**Job Title** Business Intelligence & Reporting Specialist **Role Summary** Own and develop company reporting, dashboards and BI solutions during and after a major ERP transformation. Provide accurate, reliable data visualisations, maintain existing reports, and drive data quality improvements across integrated systems. **Expectations** Hands‑on developer and owner of reporting assets. Self‑starter who can work independently, own the full lifecycle from design to deployment, and deliver solutions that the business trusts for decision‑making. **Key Responsibilities** - Support core business systems and reporting during the ERP implementation phase. - Maintain, update and optimise existing reports and dashboards built on Qlik or equivalent platforms. - Work closely with ERP, WMS, and IT teams to understand data flows, sources and integration points. - Own the development of new dashboards and reports, using SQL to retrieve and transform data directly from source systems. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability across all reporting artefacts. - Improve data quality, implement data governance practices and troubleshoot issues with data integrity. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional BI solutions. **Required Skills** - Proven experience building reports and dashboards in a BI environment (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau). - Advanced SQL skills – proficient at writing complex queries and working directly with data sources. - Strong understanding of ERP systems and integrated data environments. - Practical knowledge of data movement and integration between multiple systems. - Ability to manage reporting projects independently and own ownership of assets. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical teams and business users. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., QlikView/Qlik Sense, SQL, ERP‑specific credentials) are desirable but not mandatory.
