Job Title: Presales Consultant – ServiceNow
Role Summary:
Act as the primary technical partner to sales and clients, translating business needs into tailored ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CMDB, SAM/HAM, Procurement, Contract Management). Drive opportunity sizing, proposal design, margin definition, and SOW creation while maintaining a comprehensive solution collateral library.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑confidence, win‑ready proposals that align with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Actively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the ServiceNow portfolio.
- Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle: discovery, solution design, demos, and proposal development.
- Engage prospects to understand objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes; scope and size opportunities accurately.
- Design customized ServiceNow solutions, draft SOWs, and define margins in collaboration with delivery partners.
- Create and maintain a repository of solution collaterals: case studies, white papers, presentations, and demos.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and accurate technical information.
- Conduct independent meetings with engineering, management, and executive stakeholders to position solutions.
- Report on regional sales pipeline and project status.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and ability to contribute from qualification to closing.
- Consultative, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to position and sell ServiceNow offerings and manage upsell of add‑ons.
- Proficiency in maintaining a solution collateral library and collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Familiarity with SoftwareOne services, or ability to quickly learn them.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Current and relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Fundamentals, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow SAM/HAM, ServiceNow Procurement, ServiceNow Contract Management).
- Continuous professional development through workshops, publications, and professional societies.
