Job title: New Business/Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead integrated marketing and business development initiatives for a global B2B agency, driving proposal creation, event participation, digital presence, and CRM management to build a robust sales pipeline and enhance brand visibility.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality proposals and RFP responses, execute strategic marketing plans, manage multi‑channel digital campaigns, oversee content creation, monitor KPI performance, identify PR and award opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the new business team to draft proposals/RFPs and align outreach strategies.
- Design and implement integrated marketing plans supporting business objectives.
- Identify and secure event, trade show, speaker, and networking opportunities.
- Lead award submissions and PR initiatives.
- Manage digital channels (website, SEO, PPC, email, social media) and measure ROI.
- Oversee content development (blogs, case studies, videos, podcasts) ensuring brand consistency.
- Own CRM system: maintain lists, track engagement, generate pipeline reports.
- Plan and execute agency‑led and client‑facing events.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years B2B marketing and business development experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven global campaign and international market experience.
- Strong digital marketing management (SEO, PPC, email, social).
- Hands‑on CRM platform expertise (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Knowledge of the B2B tech landscape and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or project management are a plus.
