Job Title: Content Strategist

Location: London (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reporting to: Senior Strategy Lead

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a globally recognised marketing and media companyto hire a Content Strategist.

This is a high-impact role focused on shaping culturally relevant brand partnerships and content for major global consumer brands.

You’ll work closely with senior strategists, creative and cross-functional specialists to develop big partnership and content ideas at the strategy stage. Execution will sit with other teams — your role is to drive the thinking, define the opportunity, and ensure strategic clarity from concept through to handover.

This role is ideal for a seasoned content strategists, enjoys cultural deep-dives, and wants to shape innovative brand solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

Develop innovative brand partnership and content strategies aligned to business and growth objectives

Identify new cultural spaces and platforms where brands can authentically connect with audiences

Shape sponsorship, entertainment, and IP-led strategic frameworks

Translate complex brand challenges into clear, compelling strategic narratives

Partner with senior stakeholders to define long-term innovation roadmaps

Cultural & Audience Insight

Conduct deep cultural research and trend analysis across music, streaming, lifestyle, and pop culture

Identify shifts in audience behaviour and emerging engagement spaces

Develop insight-led positioning that informs creative and partnership direction

Bring culturally grounded thinking that moves beyond surface-level adaptation

Collaboration & Strategic Oversight

Work cross-functionally with creative, insight, media, and activation specialists to ensure ideas are executable

Oversee projects from concept development through to strategic handover

Maintain strategic integrity throughout the lifecycle of innovation initiatives

Support client conversations with confident articulation of strategy and opportunity

Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience leading strategy within a media, creative, partnerships, or brand strategy environment

Strong background in comms planning, or culturally driven brand strategy

Experience developing partnership, sponsorship, or entertainment-led approaches

Deep understanding of cultural research, trend-spotting, and audience insight

Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and global brands

Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple strategic workstreams

Collaborative mindset with a proactive, self-starting attitude
