**Job title** Integration & Deployment Engineer – Public Security Solutions **Role Summary** Execute the end‑to‑end integration, configuration, testing, validation, and handover of IDEMIA's public‑security platforms (MBIS, ICVS, MBSS). Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operation in complex customer environments. Provide customer training, support, and pre‑sales technical guidance. **Expectations** - Deliver fully integrated, validated systems within agreed timelines. - Maintain high quality through thorough testing and documentation. - Demonstrate autonomy, effective communication, and a customer‑first approach. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define integration and test strategies, develop plans and scenarios. 2. Build environments, install, configure, and upgrade solutions. 3. Conduct integration, load, performance, HA, accuracy, and security tests. 4. Investigate, log, and resolve incidents through escalation and tracking. 5. Produce installation, operations, testing, and administration documentation. 6. Train customers and support/maintenance teams. 7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior integrators. 8. Support pre‑sales on technical integration topics. **Required Skills** - Linux OS administration - Bash/Shell scripting - PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle database experience - VMware virtualization - Jenkins CI/CD pipelines - Ansible configuration automation - Jira Xray test management - DevOps/DevSecOps principles and secure deployment practices **Nice to Have** - Docker / container orchestration - Java or Python programming - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK monitoring tools - Biometric, identity, or public security domain knowledge **Soft Skills & Languages** - Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement - Teamwork, customer orientation, self‑management - Fluency in French and English; Spanish is an asset **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology - At least 5 years of integration, deployment, or DevOps experience.
