Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Business Analyst collaborates with engineering, product, and data teams in an agile environment to clarify requirements, develop solutions, and drive client onboarding across product lifecycles. Expectations: • Deliver clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria for Azure DevOps (or Jira) • Maintain stakeholder trust and alignment across cross‑functional teams • Champion AI‑assisted tools to accelerate analysis and documentation • Lead BA workstreams for client onboarding, including UAT sign‑off Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document requirements, converting ambiguity into actionable user stories • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit stakeholder needs and manage expectations • Support product discovery and feature analysis for platforms such as Ligentix, Wayfinder, and L4 • Manage client onboarding BA activities: analyze client models, coordinate UAT, and ensure successful go‑live • Document processes, use cases, and integration points • Promote best practices in Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes Required Skills: • Extensive Business Analyst experience covering full SDLC (requirements → go‑live) • Strong proficiency with Agile ceremonies and Waterfall methodologies • Expert in writing user stories and acceptance criteria; adept with Azure DevOps or Jira • Proactive analytical mindset, able to simplify complex problems • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management • Familiarity with AI tools for analysis and documentation Desirable Skills: • Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics domain experience • Knowledge of CargoWise One or similar ERP/TMS platforms • Experience with product discovery frameworks • Understanding of data structures and integration methods Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) are advantageous.
