As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of our clients, operations, and technology, supporting the full product lifecycle from shaping new ideas to driving client onboarding programmes and ongoing enhancements. Working in agile sprints, you will turn ambiguity into clarity for our engineering teams and ensure our solutions align with real-world operational needs.

Your Role:

Requirements & User Stories: Produce clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across Engineering, Data, and Product teams to manage expectations and facilitate alignment.
Product Development: Support the discovery of new features, analyse existing platforms (Ligentix, Wayfinder, L4), and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
Client Onboarding: Lead BA workstreams for onboarding, analysing client models and coordinating UAT sign-offs.
AI & Innovation: Use and champion AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and productivity.

What You'll Need:

Essential

Considerable experience in a Business Analyst role, with a proven track record of managing the full SDLC from requirements gathering to go-live.
Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
High-level expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, with hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.
A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable decisions.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical details and business decision-making.

Desirable

Experience in a Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding or Logistics environment.
Familiarity with CargoWise One or similar ERP/TMS platforms.
Exposure to product discovery frameworks.
Understanding of data structures and common integration methods.
