Own the customer lifecycle, nurture long‑term relationships, and drive product adoption, retention and revenue growth. Expectations * Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and timely resolution of tickets. * Increase MRR through upsells, cross‑sell opportunities, and referrals. * Reduce churn and time‑to‑serve SLA metrics while improving cost‑to‑serve. Key Responsibilities * Onboard customers and configure initial share schemes. * Deliver best‑in‑class customer success across the entire lifecycle. * Track and analyze core success metrics, feeding insights into product and strategy teams. * Proactively engage customers to identify expansion and retention opportunities. * Respond to support queries quickly and guide users through platform features. * Develop deep product knowledge of specific customer segments and own those areas end‑to‑end. * Continuously iterate processes to enhance the overall customer experience. Required Skills * Minimum 3 years in a commercial environment. * Minimum 1 year of direct customer‑relationship experience. * Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities. * Comfortable using modern technology, AI tools and CRM platforms. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
