Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Operations Manager (UK) **Role Summary** Lead the UK sales operations function for a high‑growth SaaS organization. Build and manage a team of analysts, own forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics. Partner with sales leaders, commercial insights, and cross‑functional teams to design and optimize the UK go‑to‑market strategy and drive scalable growth. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, data‑driven forecasts and pipeline visibility. - Design and continuously improve sales processes and systems. - Mentor and develop an analytical team, closing talent gaps. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders and regional MDs. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, lead, and coach a high‑performing sales operations team. - Define and execute the UK sales operations roadmap. - Own analysis, reporting, and dashboards across the entire sales funnel (volume, velocity, conversion). - Manage pipeline health, forecasting best practices, and territory alignment. - Collaborate with Commercial Insights, Data, and Product teams to create actionable dashboards and insights. - Oversee agile sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and continuous process optimization. - Partner with sales leaders and regional MDs to improve sales effectiveness and GTM performance. - Maintain and optimize the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.). **Required Skills** - 6+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations experience in a fast‑growing SaaS setting. - 2+ years of leadership experience, proven ability to build and manage analyst teams. - Deep expertise in Salesforce and related sales technology (Outreach, Gong, etc.). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent business judgment. - Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills. - Experience with multi‑product, multi‑channel, and multi‑segment sales portfolios. - Proactive mindset with a bias for action, results, and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Revenue Operations Professional) preferred.
