Senior Content Marketing Manager – 12 Month FTC – Remote
**Role Summary**
Lead strategic content creation for a B2B SaaS employer‑brand in the UK, acting as a content architect and AI power user. Own the transformation of original research into high‑impact, multi‑channel assets, ensuring consistency, SEO alignment, and data‑driven optimization.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, compelling copy across HR, recruitment, payroll, AI, and HR‑tech topics.
- Scale content velocity through AI workflows while maintaining editorial standards.
- Analyze performance metrics, report insights, and iterate strategy to maximize ROI and reach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Write, edit, and publish engaging long‑form and short‑form content (guides, reports, webinars, blogs, LinkedIn posts, email, landing pages).
- Deconstruct long‑form assets into atomized, re‑usable content across multiple formats, leveraging AI for efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with SEO, performance marketing, brand, sales, and regional teams to align messaging and support campaigns.
- Use analytics (search rankings, conversion rates, engagement) to assess page performance and advise optimizations with the SEO/GEO team.
- Maintain a distinctive, human‑centered voice while staying consistent across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, stakeholder expectations, and tight deadlines with high organization.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in B2B content marketing (preferably HR‑tech, fintech, or business software).
- Strategic planning with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to automate and scale content production.
- Advanced writing for SEO and audience engagement; balancing authority building with brand integrity.
- Data‑driven storytelling: proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar; ability to extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with content & project tools: Marketo, Asana, Slack, WordPress.
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and international teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high‑impact results in fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Certification in content marketing, digital marketing, or SEO is a plus.
