Job title: Senior Property Account Consultant
Role Summary:
Leads the delivery of integrated risk‑management consulting for large and mid‑sized enterprises. Manages a portfolio of accounts, providing comprehensive risk assessments, prevention plans, and tailored solutions that align with client strategy and AXA XL standards. Acts as the primary liaison between clients, the internal underwriting team, and field consultants to ensure high‑quality, scalable risk interventions and revenue growth.
Expectations:
- Own end‑to‑end client relationships from onboarding through renewal.
- Deliver actionable risk insights and prevention roadmaps that improve client resilience and meet technical profitability targets.
- Maintain 100 % adherence to AXA XL policies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk audits and synthesize findings for property, casualty, environmental, operational, and supply‑chain exposures.
- Develop and present concise risk summaries, priority action plans, and cost‑benefit analyses to Risk Managers and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with underwriters to inform underwriting decisions, pricing, and product design for insured clients.
- Drive account growth by identifying cross‑sell opportunities within AXA XL’s product lines and negotiating contract terms.
- Manage prevention budgets, forecast workload, and calculate production costs to ensure profitable service delivery.
- Lead site visits (physical or virtual) at critical locations, verify data accuracy, and validate field consultant inputs.
- Coordinate renewal processes, contractual extensions, and service re‑scoping with clients.
- Provide continuous service improvement feedback to the global consulting network and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of property and casualty risk categories (fire, machinery, theft, natural events, climate, construction, energy, transport, maritime, environmental, automotive, business continuity).
- Proven consulting ability: client engagement, needs assessment, solution design, and stakeholder presentation.
- Strong business acumen: budget management, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to translate complex risk data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools, data analytics, and digital reporting platforms.
- Collaborative mindset: works cross‑functionally with underwriting, sales, and field teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk consulting or insurance advisory, preferably with a multinational provider.
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., RIMS-Certified, FRM, CPA, or similar).
