Job Description
**Job Title**: Senior Group FP&A Manager **Role Summary** Provide senior-level Financial Planning & Analysis support for a listed retail group. Manage year‑end reporting, BAU management reporting, and the 3+9 forecast cycle while delivering insights for investor and senior stakeholder presentations. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, insightful financial analysis within tight deadlines. - Work independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, multi‑delivery environment. - Present clear, actionable insights to senior leaders and investors. - Adapt rapidly to shifting priorities across multiple workstreams. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead year‑end FP&A activities: KPI extraction, data analysis, and narrative development for investor/analyst materials. - Own BAU management reporting with a strong focus on P&L. - Build and maintain robust 3+9 forecast models, challenging assumptions and validating inputs. - Collaborate with the central FP&A team to provide high‑quality analysis on demand. - Flex between workstreams, prioritise tasks, and deliver under competing deadlines. **Required Skills** - Extensive FP&A experience, preferably within a central or group FP&A function of a listed company. - Advanced financial modelling expertise (Excel, advanced formulas, scenario analysis). - Familiarity with consolidation/reporting tools such as FCCS is an asset. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into concise insights for senior stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, multi‑deliverable environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field. - Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
