Using and maintaining a range of modern digital tools, including:
Collaboration and communication tools
Billing and payment platforms
Customer communication channels
A content management system for simple website updates
An internal operations hub for service delivery and performance tracking
Supporting cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency

This role offers broad exposure to the core of the business and is well suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to understand how a HealthTech platform operates end to end.

Learn quickly and enjoy working with modern digital tools and systems
Be confident working across operational platforms and engaging with detail
Be comfortable working remotely as part of a small, close-knit team
Be motivated by purpose and making a meaningful social impact
Have the right to work in the UK

Desirable experience

Previous experience in customer success, operations, customer support, or administration
Familiarity with UK regions outside London (e.g. South West England)

Mindset, energy, and clarity of communication are most important.

What’s on offer

Salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum
Future bonus structure
Meaningful equity participation
Fully remote working, with occasional in-person meetings (typically London or regional hubs)
25 days’ holiday inclusive of bank holidays
Equipment provided (laptop, phone, etc.)
The opportunity to help shape an early-stage, high-growth business with genuine social impact
Clear development opportunities alongside experienced operators in the business
