Job Title: Creative & UGC Project Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end paid social creative production for a fast‑growing DTC eCommerce brand. Combine creative strategy, user‑generated content (UGC) video production, and project management to deliver high‑performing ad assets that drive key performance indicators such as CTR, retention, and CPA.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality ad creatives on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Drive creative innovation grounded in performance data, continuously testing and optimizing concepts.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, external creators, and suppliers in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own paid social creative production workflow from ideation to asset delivery.
- Develop data‑driven creative concepts and pitch them to stakeholders.
- Brief, coordinate, and manage internal creative teams (copywriters, designers, editors, producers).
- Lead UGC video production: source creators, schedule shoots, provide feedback, manage revisions.
- Handle creator contracts, payments, and compliance.
- Prepare scripts, shot lists, and assets for video shoots (script‑writing not required).
- Ensure timely project delivery within established scope and budget.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers, brand managers, and creative strategists.
- Use performance metrics (CTR, retention, CPA, etc.) to guide testing, iteration, and optimization.
- Oversee external suppliers and production partners as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing paid social creative production for DTC/eCommerce brands.
- Strong hands‑on UGC video production for performance marketing.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and experience creating ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, performance metrics, and optimization tactics.
- Solid project management, process ownership, and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing creators, editors, producers, and external vendors.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a fast‑paced, fully remote setting.
- Experience in supplements, natural health, or wellness is advantageous.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field (preferred).
- Any relevant certifications in digital marketing, advertising, or project management (e.g., Meta Advertising Certification, PMP, Scrum, or similar) are advantageous.
