The Role
We are looking for a Creative Project Manager with strong UGC video production experience to own paid social creative production end-to-end.
This role combines creative strategy, UGC video production, and project management, with a strong focus on performance marketing. You will work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, producers, editors, designers, and external creators to deliver high-performing ad creatives at scale.
Responsibilities
Own paid social creative production end-to-end, from concept ideation to final asset delivery
Develop and pitch data-driven creative concepts aligned with performance goals
Brief, coordinate, and manage creative teams (copywriters, designers, editors, producers)
Lead UGC video production, including creator sourcing, coordination, feedback, and revisions
Manage creators, actors, influencers, contracts, and payments
Prepare and organize scripts and assets for video shoots (no script writing required)
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
Collaborate closely with media buyers, brand managers, and creative strategists
Use performance data (CTR, retention, CPA, etc.) to guide testing, iteration, and optimization
Oversee external suppliers and production partners as needed
Requirements
Proven experience managing paid social creative production for DTC / eCommerce brands
Strong experience with UGC video production for performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Experience producing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong understanding of social media trends and performance metrics
Solid project management and process ownership skills
Experience managing creators, editors, producers, and external vendors
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
Experience in supplements, natural health, or wellness is a strong advantage
