Social Media Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end social media strategy for a fast‑growing consumer fintech firm, prioritising paid social performance. Deliver measurable improvements in CAC, CTR, and CPM while aligning social investment with acquisition, revenue, and lifetime value targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own paid social strategy across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Design and execute creative tests, audience refinement, budget optimisation, and bidding strategies.
- Interpret performance dashboards to raise CAC, increase CTR, and lower CPM.
- Coordinate with growth, paid media, creative, and analytics teams to synchronise creative quality and media efficiency.
- Oversee organic content planning to support performance objectives.
- Manage agency relationships and platform accounts as necessary.
- Provide clear, commercially focused reporting to senior stakeholders on incremental lift and ROI.
