**Job Title**
Stage Assistant – Shooting Production
**Role Summary**
Assist the Production & Events team in planning and executing Saint Laurent shooting projects (lookbooks, campaigns, e‑commerce, special projects, fashion shows, castings). Provide logistical support, coordinate event spaces, manage shooting stock, create visual presentations, and maintain shooting archives during a 6‑month full‑time internship starting November 2025.
**Expectations**
- Full‑time commitment (approximately 40 hours/week).
- 6‑month fixed‑term internship; professional, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work within a fast‑paced, luxury fashion environment and adhere to high‑quality standards.
- Fluency in French is advantageous; English communication skills required.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Event & Shooting Coordination**
- Support logistics and operational planning for lookbook, campaign, e‑commerce, and special shooting projects.
- Track project timeline from prep to execution, ensuring smooth hand‑offs and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Press, Merchandising, and Event teams on shooting, casting, and show preparations.
- Assist setup and space coordination during internal events (casting, hair & make‑up trials, etc.).
2. **Stock & Resource Management**
- Maintain and monitor shooting inventory (equipment, kits, technical support tools).
- Ensure all items are accounted for, stored correctly, and ready for use.
3. **Creative Support**
- Contribute to the creation of visual and creative presentations aligned with departmental projects.
4. **Archiving & Documentation**
- Organize, update, and maintain archives of shooting materials, documentation, and visual assets.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English, French preferred.
- Detail‑oriented and able to maintain high standards in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, team‑player mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Familiarity with luxury fashion production processes is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrolment or recent graduate in Fashion, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- No specific certifications required for the internship role.
