Job Description
Job title: Account Manager Role Summary: Own and grow medium‑sized accounts in the video streaming and media sector. Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, while ensuring high‑quality client service and cross‑functional collaboration. Deliver measurable revenue growth and expand the company’s footprint across the EU. Expectations: Demonstrate a track record of successful sales or account management. Drive new business and increase revenue within assigned accounts. Operate autonomously, manage multiple projects, and be ready to travel regularly across Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for medium accounts. - Conduct needs assessments, presentations, negotiations, and close contracts. - Collaborate with Service Delivery, TAM, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless client engagement and project execution. - Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders internally and externally. - Represent the organization at industry events and cultivate strategic business relationships. - Monitor and report sales metrics, delivering results that meet or exceed targets. Required Skills: - Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities. - Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. - Proactive, solution‑oriented, autonomous, with excellent teamwork skills. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively within EU. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent industry experience). - Minimum two years of proven success in sales or account management in SaaS, video streaming, broadcast, media, or telecommunications.
