Job title: Ecommerce Executive
Role Summary: Support the Ecommerce and CRM Manager in managing online sales channels, ensuring accurate product data, coordinating launch and promotional activities, and enhancing customer experience across two luxury beauty websites.
Expectations: Deliver timely, detail‑oriented e‑commerce operations; identify conversion opportunities; collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain brand consistency; provide actionable analytics to inform strategy; manage customer service touchpoints and affiliate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product catalogues, pricing, images, and content accuracy on the e‑commerce platform.
- Coordinate new product launches, limited editions, and promotional campaigns with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams.
- Oversee site taxonomy, inventory levels, and product discoverability to optimise conversion.
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure premium online support; handle escalations and manage service operations independently when required.
- Brief website banners, pop‑ups, translations, and new feature tests; troubleshoot performance issues and liaise with technical teams.
- Implement and brief affiliate marketing activities; create content plans for promotions and launches.
- Track, analyse, and report key metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, product performance); maintain weekly and monthly dashboards; benchmark competitors.
- Coordinate with global and regional digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all activations.
Required Skills:
- 2‑3 years of e‑commerce or digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle.
- Strong product management and content coordination understanding.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Content Square or equivalent.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent organisational and detail‑orientation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Passion for luxury brands, digital innovation, and beauty trends.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Any relevant e‑commerce or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) desirable.
