**Job Title**
Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland (Beauty/Luxury)
**Role Summary**
Lead the complete marketing cycle for the UK and Ireland markets, driving brand awareness, retailer activations, digital campaigns, sampling, GWP initiatives, events, and consumer engagement programs. Oversee budget, performance metrics, and cross‑functional teams to achieve commercial objectives and align with overall brand strategy.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth in sales, market share, and brand metrics across retail, e‑retail, and digital channels.
- Provide strategic insight and tactical execution that supports the Head of Marketing & PR, including stepping in when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, negotiating trade marketing packages that maximize ROI.
- Report on campaign performance, budget adherence, and ROI to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing plans for the UK & Ireland, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Define and implement retailer activation strategies across online and offline touchpoints.
- Lead sampling, GWP, event management, and CRM/consumer engagement initiatives.
- Negotiate trade marketing packages with retailers and manage relationships to secure optimal placements.
- Monitor and analyse marketing budgets, investments, and promotional spend, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Drive performance of the e‑retail executive and marketing & consumer engagement executive to meet commercial targets.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the Head of Marketing & PR on trade negotiations and brand initiatives.
- Travel within the UK & Ireland as required.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or retail marketing are a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
