Job Description
Job title: Recruitment Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, oversee European internship programmes, manage recruitment collateral and marketing, drive DEI initiatives, and provide flexible support for broader HR functions. Expactations: • Minimum 2–3 years recruitment or related administrative experience, ideally in finance, FTSE, or professional services. • Highly organised, proactive, pragmatic, and effective at managing multiple stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a values‑led, inclusive approach. • Passion for developing high‑performing, engaging workplace environments. • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional European languages a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Operational hiring support** – collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment processes, configure positions in the ATS, and provide continuous guidance. 2. **Candidate outreach** – actively source and engage prospects across platforms to build a diverse talent pipeline. 3. **Recruitment marketing** – develop, update, and maintain global recruitment materials, job adverts, and careers‑site content in line with brand standards. 4. **Internship coordination** – manage the full European internship cycle: CV screening, candidate communication, onboarding, and experience delivery. 5. **DEI initiatives** – lead and support diversity and inclusion programmes, deliver work‑experience weeks, and build DEI partnerships across offices. 6. **HR support** – assist with broader HR activities as required, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team. Required Skills: - Recruitment lifecycle management and ATS configuration. - Talent sourcing and candidate engagement. - Recruitment marketing and content creation. - Project management and stakeholder coordination. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proactive problem‑solving and decision making. - Cultural sensitivity and commitment to inclusion. - European languages (any of German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) valuable. Required Education & Certifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not mandatory). – No specific certifications required; HRIS or recruitment tool training is advantageous.
