Job Title: Marketing Executive
Role Summary
Drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the property portfolio, ensuring alignment with annual objectives, brand consistency and measurable commercial impact. Collaborate with digital, design, and property teams to create experiential events, menu updates, and engaging content that strengthens brand awareness.

* Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting stakeholder deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Campaign Management** – Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated campaigns (experiential events, spa pop‑ups, seasonal activations) from concept to delivery.
2. **Creative & Content Oversight** – Provide creative briefs, manage approvals, produce copy, update editable marketing templates, and support content shoots.
3. **Menu Design & Updates** – Brief design team, liaise with print agency, and coordinate digital/pos updates for menus.
4. **PR & Partnerships** – Support PR agency with press visits, manage industry award entries, and identify partnership opportunities.
5. **Stakeholder & Team Coordination** – Work closely with digital, design, and property teams, manage the marketing inbox, coordinate project briefs, and oversee PO process for campaign spend.
6. **Reporting & Insights** – Conduct competitor and market research, produce activity reports, and provide insights for performance improvement.
7. **Operational Tasks** – Manage merchandise orders, handle event logistics, and maintain vendor relationships.
Required Skills
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on brand consistency.
* Creative thinker with proactive problem‑solving capabilities.
* Stakeholder management and teamwork, with independence when needed.
* Confidence in communicating with external agencies and internal teams.
* Proficient with marketing platforms, digital tools, and template management.
* Full UK driving licence; availability for occasional travel between properties.
* Right to work in the UK without future sponsorship.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
* Professional certifications in digital marketing, copywriting or project management are an advantage (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, PMP).
