At Barons Eden, we create memorable spa and hospitality experiences that allow our guests to relax, reconnect and indulge. With a growing portfolio of award-winning destination spas and hotels, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our creative and collaborative in-house marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and organised marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on campaign delivery. Working across our portfolio, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that elevate our brands, engage our guests and deliver measurable commercial impact.

As part of a close-knit and supportive team, you’ll play an important role in showcasing the unique personality, heritage and experiences of our properties while helping bring our brand stories to life.

The Role

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Brand Manager to support the delivery of the annual marketing plan, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and aligned with business objectives.

You’ll collaborate with our digital, design and property teams to deliver engaging marketing campaigns and experiences that inspire guests and strengthen brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in line with the annual marketing calendar
Leading on key experiential events such as Sunset Sessions, spa pop-ups and seasonal activations, managing campaigns from concept through to delivery
Managing creative briefs from properties, liaising with the design team and coordinating approvals

PR & Partnerships

Supporting our PR agency with the planning and coordination of press visits
Managing entries into relevant industry awards
Assisting in identifying and coordinating potential brand partnership opportunities

Menu Design & Creation

Managing menu design updates across all properties
Briefing menu content to the creative team and coordinate approvals with stakeholders
Working with our print agency to ensure menus are delivered on time and within budget
Liaising with POS and digital teams to schedule menu updates across till systems and digital channels

Content & Copywriting

Producing engaging marketing copy for campaigns and promotional materials
Ensuring all content reflects the Barons Eden brand tone of voice
Liaising with our template platform agency to update and maintain editable marketing templates
Supporting content shoots where required, coordinating travel and accommodation

Reporting & Insights

Conducting competitor and market research to inform future campaigns
Managing the marketing inbox and respond to enquiries

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Working closely with digital, design and property teams to ensure campaign alignment
Supporting internal marketing briefs and project coordination
Managing the PO process for campaign-related spend
Assisting with merchandise orders, including gift cards

About You

You will be a creative and organised marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing campaigns to life.

Skills & Experience

Have excellent organisational and project management skills
Have excellent copywriting and communication abilities
Be confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Have exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency
Be a creative thinker with proactive problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements

Hold a full driving licence (occasional travel between properties may be required)

This role is based at our Head Office in Moreton-in-Marsh, working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
