Enterprise Sales Executive – BENE (Dutch Speaker)
Role Summary
Drive high‑value, multi‑year Enterprise sales for an AI‑powered finance automation platform. Own a portfolio of senior finance decision‑makers, orchestrate complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, build long‑term strategic partnerships, and manage full P&L for assigned accounts.
Expectations
- Secure and grow €100k+ ARR deals in the Benelux market.
- Build strong relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, IT, Procurement, and Executive sponsors.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Pre‑Sales, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to close and expand deals.
- Maintain high transparency, integrity, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for Enterprise accounts, including needs assessment, solution positioning, and negotiation.
- Create and execute strategic account plans mapping stakeholders, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Drive large, multi‑product, multi‑year contracts and expansion initiatives across matrixed, international organizations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Pre‑Sales, Product, Customer Success, Legal, Finance) to win new business and expand existing portfolios.
- Manage contract negotiations, security, compliance, and procurement processes.
- Identify and close upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities within current Enterprise customers.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health for long sales cycles.
- Provide actionable feedback to Marketing and Product teams based on customer insights.
Required Skills
- 3+ years B2B SaaS Enterprise sales or account management with a proven record of €100k+ ARR deals.
- Strong experience selling to Finance leadership (CFO, VP Finance, Finance Directors) and navigating IT & Procurement environments.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken & written).
- Structured, goal‑oriented approach with ability to manage both independent and team‑focused processes.
- Resilience, adaptability, and motivation for fast‑paced, high‑growth settings.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
Required Education & Certifications
- Post‑secondary education in sales, business, or related field (preferred).
- No mandatory certifications; relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) considered a plus.
