CRM Specialist (N/F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel CRM campaigns for the B2B Consumer Goods market. Align CRM initiatives with business objectives (acquisition, activation, retention, upsell) and collaborate across product, tech, data, and legal teams to drive measurable performance gains.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end CRM strategy and execution that meets defined business KPIs.
- Own campaign lifecycle, from strategy to analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert on CRM tools and processes within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define CRM strategy and create deployment plans in line with company goals.
- Design and manage multi‑channel campaigns (email, push, on‑site, in‑app) and landing pages.
- Build and maintain advanced customer segments using behavioral, contractual, and declarative data.
- Set user lifecycle stages and automate triggers (onboarding, behavioral, etc.).
- Develop quarterly animation plans based on stakeholder inputs (product, sales, etc.).
- Analyze CRM and attribution KPIs; lead A/B testing to quantify incremental impact.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Trade Marketing, Data, UX/UI, Legal & Privacy teams.
- Champion best practices for campaign management and tool usage (Adobe Campaign Classic, Batch, Dartagnan).
- Manage CRM projects using Jira or equivalent tools.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 4 years of CRM experience, including multi‑channel lifecycle implementation.
- Proficiency with a complex campaign management platform (Adobe Campaign Classic preferred).
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automated triggers.
- Strong analytical skills: KPI monitoring, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Project management tools proficiency (Jira).
- Excellent communication, organization, and autonomous execution.
- Proactive problem‑solving, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or equivalent) are desirable.
