Job Title: Retail & Event Marketing Coordinator – Belux
Role Summary
Coordinate and execute retail marketing campaigns and experiential events for XPeng’s showrooms and agent locations in Belgium and Luxembourg, ensuring brand consistency and effective agent collaboration within an agent‑based sales structure.
Expactations
* Deliver on brand‑aligned retail activations and events that generate lead flow and support sales targets.
* Maintain high standards of brand execution across all retail venues.
* Provide timely feedback on campaign performance and market insights to regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute retail marketing initiatives, including launch tactics, in‑store activations, and POS material deployment for XPeng models in Belux.
* Serve as the primary marketing contact for local agents, supporting campaign execution and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
* Identify, propose, and secure national marketing and large‑scale event opportunities (vehicle launches, test‑drives, roadshows, guerilla activations, partner events).
* Manage end‑to‑end event logistics: venues, suppliers, staffing, materials, timelines, and budgets, and represent XPeng on site to guarantee premium brand presentation.
* Collaborate with Benelux marketing, sales, and operations teams to align local execution with regional/global campaigns and centrally developed assets.
* Localize marketing content and assets for Dutch‑ and French‑speaking markets.
* Track KPIs for all marketing activities, produce post‑event reports, and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
* Engage customers and prospects at retail locations and events, collecting qualitative feedback and market insights.
* Evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with XPeng’s positioning in automotive, technology, lifestyle, sustainability, and mobility sectors.
Required Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail marketing, event coordination, or brand activation.
* Fluent Dutch and French; strong professional proficiency in English.
* Demonstrated ability to work with dealer groups, tech/start‑up, or scale‑up environments.
* Excellent organizational and project‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial setting.
* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently across Belgium and Luxembourg.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* Certifications in event management, CRM usage, or data analysis are desirable but not mandatory.
