Job Description

Job title: Frontend React Developer Role Summary: Drive the creation and optimization of user-facing web applications using React.js. Build reusable UI components, ensure responsive and accessible design, and collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful services. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code on schedule. - Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborative design reviews. - Adhere to industry best practices for performance, security, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain new features and UI components in React (hooks, state management, lifecycle). 2. Build and document reusable component libraries. 3. Translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces, ensuring technical feasibility. 4. Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility. 5. Integrate with backend APIs (RESTful services) and coordinate with backend developers. 6. Write unit/integration tests and maintain code quality using tools such as Jest or React Testing Library. 7. Manage source control with Git; participate in code reviews. 8. Debug cross‑browser and device rendering issues. 9. Contribute to DevOps processes (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, CI/CD). Required Skills: - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+). - React.js expertise (hooks, context, component lifecycle). - HTML5 & CSS3, responsive design principles. - Experience with RESTful API integration. - Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn). - Version control experience (Git). - Understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross‑browser compatibility. - Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
