Full Scale is a software development staff augmentation leader, recognized for its exceptional culture and commitment to employee and client success. We are currently looking for a Front React Developer. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services
Maintain code quality through version control (e.g., Git) and testing frameworks
Debug and resolve front-end issues across browsers and devices

Requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services
Knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Good understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment
