Job title: Executive Briefing Center Manager
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and facilitation of high‑impact executive briefings to support sales and strategic account growth.
Expectations:
* Deliver briefings that drive measurable sales impact and executive alignment.
* Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships and uphold a polished customer experience.
* Meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards for each briefing event.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own briefing lifecycle: intake, qualification, agenda design, speaker sourcing, and post‑event follow‑up.
* Evaluate requests against sales impact, revenue potential, executive level, and sales cycle stage.
* Partner with sales, account, marketing, product, and customer success teams to define objectives and tailor agendas.
* Coordinate all logistics: catering, transportation, A/V, interpretation, and vendor management.
* Serve as on‑site lead: manage agenda flow, time discipline, and real‑time adjustments.
* Maintain accurate records in briefing management and CRM systems.
* Conduct post‑briefing analysis, gather feedback, and track opportunity progression.
* Advise account teams on leveraging EBC for pipeline advancement and executive relationship strengthening.
* Support related executive programs, including road‑show events and flagship initiatives.
Required Skills:
* Strong project management, multi‑tasking, and prioritization.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
* Proven facilitation of executive‑level discussions.
* Detail‑oriented with proactive risk identification and problem-solving.
* Ability to build trusted relationships across functions and executive levels.

* Familiarity with briefing management systems (e.g., BriefingSource), CRM (e.g., SFDC), and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
