Draft, review & negotiate complex healthcare contracts

Work with state, federal & private customers

Handle SaaS, DaaS, licensing, service & support agreements

Identify legal, financial & operational risks

Summarize deal risks for senior leadership & legal teams

Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Risk, Regulatory)

Deliver accurate, compliant & business-ready agreements

WHO THIS ROLE IS BUILT FOR

Licensed Attorney (3+ yrs) OR J.D. with 4+ yrs experience

Background in Healthcare / Medical Devices / MedTech

Strong commercial contracting & negotiation skills

Knowledge of HIPAA, data security & compliance frameworks

Sharp analytical thinking + confident stakeholder communication

Comfortable with Microsoft Office & contract tools
