Available both on W2 and C2C.

Job Description

Staff will develop, implement, manage, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technology in support of the project. Staff will need to analyze, design, and configure changes within the system to incorporate enhanced refund features.

Job Duties

Analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design.
Interface design and coding of application.
Implement configuration and release management.
Manage code merge and code version control.
Design, develop and test web applications in an agile project management process using modern technology solutions.
Design libraries to support reusable components using SOLID principles.
Build web applications using front end frameworks.
Design and develop components for implementing business logic in three-tier application
interacting with SQL Server database.
Design and create SQL Server databases using data models and other database design documents.
Develop complex database queries, views, stored procedures, and functions using T-SQL in
Microsoft SQL Server.
Create SQL statement with performance in mind for database initializations designed for seeding data intended for automated testing.
Configure commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software as needed.
Perform testing (unit, system, integration, performance tests, etc.).
Investigate new tools, new technology as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Math, Sciences, Engineering or Computer Science and 10+ years of relevant experience, with increasing independence and complexity of assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work with New York State
