12-month fixed-term contract - with a strong chance of going permanent

We're looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. You'll play a key role in delivering 1st and 2nd line support across a Windows-based environment, with strong exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for users across hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and manage Windows 10/11 devices using Intune and Autopilot
Support user account management via Azure AD and Active Directory
Troubleshoot issues with Office 365, VPN, MFA, and conditional access
Assist with device compliance, patching, and general IT security upkeep
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and user provisioning

About You

2+ years' experience in a similar Desktop Support / IT Support role
Strong experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune (MDM)
Exposure to cloud services (Azure or AWS) is a plus
Familiar with tools like Defender, Mimecast, or Crowdstrike
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site environments
