The Product Insights Manager is a strategic partner and advocate for our field teams, responsible for representing the voice of sellers and operations in the development and optimization of LinkedIn's internal Go-To-Market (GTM) tools and technology. This role is critical in capturing, analyzing, and synthesizing feedback to drive actionable improvements, enhance automation, and streamline the selling experience. The Product Insights Manager works cross-functionally to shape enablement, prioritization, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between field teams, enablement, operations, and product/engineering, ensuring feedback and insights are systematically captured, analyzed, and acted upon.
Coordinate and conduct user feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights and validate feedback
Aggregate and analyze user feedback using internal tools, product usage data, customer surveys, and other data sources to uncover actionable insights and inform product strategy.
Support the post-launch hypercare period by monitoring user adoption, addressing issues, and facilitating rapid resolution of critical feedback to ensure a smooth transition and optimal user experience.
Collaborate with operations teams to investigate and resolve root causes of user friction, driving continuous improvement in the selling experience.
Identify, track, and report on key success metrics to measure the impact of product enhancements to internal tools.
Partner with product, design, and operations teams to ensure operational processes and user experience considerations are integrated into new product development and releases.
Work closely with enablement teams to develop targeted communications and enablement strategies that support product adoption and user success.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years' experience in Product Insights, Product Operations Management, Management Consulting, Program Management, Operations Management, Product Management, Product Marketing, or combination of these.
Experience working with sales or sales operations teams.
Experience with GTM systems and tools.
Experience synthesizing large-scale data into actionable insights using visualization tools and storytelling frameworks.
Bachelor's degree is Management or similar field, OR equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building, deploying, or contributing to bots, agents, or automated assistants--whether through product development, platform integration, or experimentation with conversational AI tools.
Experience managing complex processes and internal systems.
Ability to gather business insights and identify trends from data, including synthesizing information from multiple sources.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven cross-functional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience influencing stakeholders through data-driven insights.
Experience with SQL and data analysis
Experience with Tableau and PowerBI

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $126,000 to $204,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
