Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a Senior IT Project Manager within the PMO team, you will oversee two concurrent federal IT projects with a strong cybersecurity focus. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Oversight: Lead and manage project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met across both initiatives.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate recurring project meetings, track action items, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Reporting & Status Updates: Prepare and deliver detailed status reports to internal leadership and federal clients.
Cybersecurity Collaboration: Work closely with the cybersecurity team to support enclave creation, privilege access management (PAM), and security parameter control.
Documentation & Diagramming: Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation and technical diagrams to support planning and execution.
Customer Engagement: Communicate directly with federal customers to define enclave requirements, manage expectations, and ensure secure implementation.

Must-Haves:

5-10+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in federal or large enterprise environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with experience in coordinating meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, especially enclaving and PAM.
Experience producing technical documentation and diagrams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience working with federal agencies or large federal systems integrators.
PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
Working knowledge of NIST frameworks or federal cybersecurity standards.
Familiarity with enclave architecture and privileged access workflows.

Compensation:

$60/hr to $75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
