Xactly System Administrator

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire
We are seeking an experienced Xactly System Administrator to manage and optimize our incentive compensation management platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Xactly Incent, AlignStar, or related modules to ensure accurate compensation processing, streamlined workflows, and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as primary system administrator for the Xactly platform (Incent, AlignStar, or related products).
* Configure and maintain compensation plans, crediting rules, quotas, territories, and workflows.
* Support monthly/quarterly incentive compensation cycles, ensuring timely and accurate payouts.
* Manage system security, user roles, and permissions.
* Monitor data integrations between Xactly and other systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS) and troubleshoot issues.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
* Perform system testing, upgrades, and enhancements as needed.
* Provide user training and support, resolving technical and functional issues.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).\
* Serve as primary system administrator for the Xactly platform (Incent, AlignStar, or related products).
* 2-5 years of hands-on Xactly Incent administration experience (certification preferred).
* Understanding of sales compensation processes, quota/crediting structures, and incentive design.
* Experience with data management and system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP).
* Proficiency in reporting and analytics within Xactly.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
* Xactly Incent Administrator Certification.
* Salesforce administration experience.
* SQL or data analysis background.
* Prior experience in Sales Operations or Finance roles.
