As we embark on a major digital transformation programme, we are reimagining how we operate, engage with our supporters and deliver our mission. A key focus of this transformation is a strategic overhaul of our voluntary and funding systems, critical platforms that manage donations, memberships, sponsorships and supporter engagement. To lead this ambitious programme, we are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Programme Manager who can bring together technical delivery expertise and business change leadership to drive meaningful, lasting change.

Your new role

This is a high-profile, strategic role at the heart of our digital evolution. You will take full ownership of a multi-stream transformation programme, with a particular emphasis on rearchitecting our voluntary and funding ecosystem and evaluating new CRM solutions. Following an attempt to implement a well-known enterprise CRM, which was ultimately discontinued, you will guide the organisation through a fresh assessment of CRM platforms and ensure the chosen solution aligns with our operational needs and cultural values. You'll oversee the delivery of new systems and digital services that redefine how we engage with our community and manage our supporter base. Working closely with senior leadership, technical teams and external partners, you'll ensure every initiative is aligned with our mission and delivers measurable impact. With a strong emphasis on governance, stakeholder engagement and people-centred change, you'll ensure that transformation is not just implemented but embedded across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

You are a seasoned Programme Manager with a proven track record of leading complex software delivery and implementation programmes, ideally within the voluntary or funding sector. You bring clarity, confidence and strategic oversight to every stage of delivery, from discovery and design through to execution and optimisation. Your background blends deep technical understanding of system architecture and CRM platforms with a strong appreciation for business change, cultural adaptation and stakeholder alignment. You're fluent in Agile, PRINCE2, or hybrid methodologies and you know how to balance innovation with operational rigour. Most importantly, you understand the power of technology to serve a greater cause and you're ready to make a difference.
