WalletX is an early-stage fintech startup working on a next-generation financial device. We're focused on security, privacy, and simplicity, creating technology that helps people manage their financial lives with confidence.

We're currently in pre-seed fundraising and assembling a founding team to help shape and build the product from the ground up.

This is not a 9-5 role. It's an opportunity to be part of a founding tech team at ground zero. You don't need to quit your current job - this will be a side project until WalletX hits the market. Early developers will be compensated with equity/shares, not salary yet. As we raise funds, there will be opportunities to transition to full-time with competitive pay.

Who We're Looking For

We're assembling a lean software development team (6-8 people). Roles include:

* Frontend Developer - Build intuitive, responsive UI/UX for WalletX apps.

* Backend Developer (APIs & Banking) - Integrate open banking APIs, payments, and secure data flows.

* Backend Developer (Security & Cryptography) - Work with secure elements, post-quantum crypto, key management.

* Embedded Systems Developer - Build firmware/drivers bridging chips.

* UI/UX Designer - Craft beautiful, seamless user journeys.

What You'll Do

* Co-design and build WalletX's core software architecture.

* Work directly with the founder to bring prototype - launch.

* Solve problems around open banking, identity management, cryptography, and offline-first experiences.

* Influence product direction and get your voice heard as part of the founding team.

What You'll Get

* Equity / Shares allocation (percentage based on role & contribution).

* Founding team status - your name and work on the first generation of WalletX.
