Do you have the experience and drive to design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered agentic workflows for synthetic data generation? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our AI/ML Engineer - AI Agent Foundry - Automation Team role.
As an AI/ML Engineer - AI Agent Foundry - Automation Team you will work on integrating Azure AI Foundry, fine-tuning prompts, building evaluation frameworks, and ensuring AI-generated data meets quality and compliance standards.

What You'll Do:
Build AI agents and workflows for synthetic data generation using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Autogen, or LangGraph.
Implement prompt engineering and optimization techniques.
Develop evaluation pipelines for measuring realism, coherence, and compliance of generated outputs.
Integrate Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services into platform workflows.
Collaborate with backend and frontend teams for seamless integration.
Monitor AI model performance and iterate for improvement.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics; or equivalent practical experience in ML/LLMs. Master's or PhD in CS/EE/AI/Stats/Data Science preferred.
Solid math foundations (linear algebra, probability, optimization) via coursework or industry work.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably with LLMs and NLP.
Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with FastAPI.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI and Azure OpenAI.
Knowledge of evaluation metrics and AI model validation frameworks.
Understanding of agent-based AI workflows.
Experience preferred in synthetic data generation or document automation.
Familiarity with RAG pipelines and retrieval optimization is a plus.
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks is preferred.
Excellent communication (internal and client-facing), problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
