L3 Production Support

Location: Montreal, QC

Duration: 6-12+months

Minimum 5+ Years Experience in IT.

At least 2 years in L3 Production Support in multiple application environment. Expertise knowledge required on Azure(Kubernetes, Spring/Web Apps, Service Bus), Kafka, Unix, SQL, Python/Shell, GitHub or Terraform, Observability tools.

Responsible for stability and resilience of the critical Settlements Flow which includes diverse technologies hosted by on premises and cloud platforms. Troubleshooting, Debugging, Analysis across distributed applications with strong cross team communication and collaboration skills.
