Automation QA Engineer - FX & Low Latency

Downtown New York | 2 Days On-Site per Week | Contract - C2C - 6 Month Intial Contract

We're seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) trading systems and low-latency environments to join our client's dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of financial technology, ensuring the reliability and performance of mission-critical trading platforms.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for FX trading systems.
Validate performance and stability of low-latency applications under real-world conditions.
Collaborate closely with developers, quants, and traders to identify issues and improve quality.
Drive best practices in automation and QA across the engineering team.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Automation QA within FX trading or financial services.
Strong understanding of low-latency systems and performance-critical environments.
Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) and scripting (Python, Java, or similar).
Knowledge of FIX protocol and trading workflows is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
