Job Title: Java Developer - Mid to Senior Level (Multiple Openings)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)

Job Type: Contract-to-Perm

Client: Banking/Financial Services

Overview:

We are hiring multiple Java Developers (mid to senior level) to join our banking client's technology team in Mississauga. These are contract-to-permanent opportunities, offering long-term career growth in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Min. 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of related technologies (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, etc.).
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern development practices.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Banking/financial services experience is a strong asset.
