Job Specifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines.
Execute assigned tasks and ensure team accountability to support overall project plans.
Assist with new Advisor Payout System (APS) Project Initiatives.
Learn the new APS system and assist workstreams with related questions and troubleshooting.
Gather and complete Phase 2 business requirements.
Support deployment, data comparison, and data validation workstreams as a utility player.
Support SIT, UAT, and PAR testing for assigned workstreams.
Contribute to Deployment and Operational Readiness activities.

Job Qualifications:

Preferred experience in compensation operations.
Understanding of financials, payables, and expenses.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and complex teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Ability to execute communication and project plans effectively.
Experience drafting business requirement documents and leading requirement gathering.
Self-motivated with ownership of responsibilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills with global stakeholder engagement.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and hold self and others accountable.
Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
Detail-oriented with consistent results delivery.
Sound decision-making skills, especially with sensitive data.

Education:

BS Degree or equivelant experience
