Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Business Analyst with strong IT experience to support applications critical to operational workflows. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in application lifecycle management, risk/feedback reporting systems, and client-facing collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for applications including RL6, Milestone, and RFT (Baby Safe Place).
Support application lifecycle management (ALM), upgrades, and testing activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and provide effective solutions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Provide onsite support for implementations, testing, and upgrades as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-4+ years of IT/business analysis experience.
Hands-on experience with Milestone and RL6 applications.
Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and assignments.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Experience with applications for risk/feedback reporting, security systems, and patient safety.
